I play indoor and tommorrow I have to play at 6pm and 8pm. Any ideas how get some energy back for the second? Obviously drink water and stay loose, but other ideas are incouraged.

PaulDespite the fact that you couldn't live on them or anything, I find that PowerBars and CliffBars are good for this sort of thing. They digest pretty easily, have carbs for energy...
Eat as soon as first game ends.drink lots of water and eat some chips and salty stuff(salt stores water in your system). I would say around a gallon of water would do. Then try to eat something that will go thru your system fast(other than chips). Then just rest......you should be loose anyways since you just had a game....#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
