I've always been wanting to know how to do a Split. I'm 5'1 and weigh 94 pounds and I'm 13. Last year back when I went to the kung fu temple, the masters used to always make us do splits and I was actually inches away from being able to do one. Now since I quit, I think I'm far away now, How can I do splits? I really want to know. And please don't say i have to go back to the temple because I dont have the time. How can I practice splits? How do I do one? Thanks!
P.S. I'm referring to the forward and middle split. I'm also right handedYou don't mean the Shaolin Temple do you? try going to a gymastics class(: stretch first and then try and go down as far as you can then hold it and try to keep your hand off the ground for a little while and increase the time. if you are really stretched out try sliding from a cartwheel into your split( it helps alot if you can)#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
