version number problems

  • Hello.

    I upgraded from vBulletin 3.6.8 PL2 to vBulletin 3.7.0 Beta 3 just now.

    Went through the process of uploading/replacing all files, ran the upgrade script without errors or problems, took me to my AdminCP but the version number displays 3.6.8. It tells me I should upgrade to 3.6.8 PL2 (that's what I had originally). So it pretty much downgraded me.

    It looks like I have all the new functionality of 3.7.0 Beta 3, but the version number is just wrong.

    What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

  • Never mind, I fixed it. I updated forum information in maintenance in admin cp. Does this normally happen? It's never happened to me before.
