I had to reinstall iTunes to my computer and all my music is gone If i connect my iPod will the music be gone?

  • I had to delete EVERYTHING from my computer. All my music, file, etc is gone. I'm worried if I connect my iPod to my computer, the music on there will be deleted.

  • If all the music from ur Itunes is gone, if you connect ur ipod to put music in, all the songs that r not on ur Itunes will be gone. It is best to but the songs on a usb first and if u have to delete it at least u can but it back again. If ur connecting it to charge, it will stay in ur ipod

  • yes it will be. so get a program called ephpod. this program will take all the songs from your ipod and copy them back to your computer. it is free and works fine, i have used it a few times and it took a day to get all 3000 songs and movies off of my ipod.

  • yep

  • at to do:
Plug it in. Stop sync. Imediatly. Check the manually manage box. Now, to add soongs to ur pod, u will have to drag and drop. U can hilight way u want on ur iPod in iTunes then dag it all. If u use mac u can get all your music from ur pod to computer by usin senuti (itunes backwords). If in windows, press disk mode, then go in the drive using my computer, and coppy everything in iPod drive to ur hd then in iTunes, click
    File>add folder to library
    Then choose the folder.
