How do I make a complaint to Specsavers?

  • specsavers are independent franchise so you have to complain to them about them.other options are to stand out side and tell prospective customers the prob you've had with them ( it works) also trading standards and opticians prof body best of luck Tom

  • Do you know who I bumped into in Specsavers today? Everybody.


  • Becareful, they might not SEE it. lol.

    Write to the Head office, it'll get dealt with much sooner and have a better dealing with.
