No matter what I do, the field order in an (envelopes) mail merge is incorrect. It says if the order is incorrect, select Match Fields which I do, but the order is still not right. It is putting the Organisation Name first instead of the Prefix,First Name, Last Name followed by the address. Yet in the lists, the order is correct so why when it appears on the envelopes, is it not?
It is driving me mad! ThanksSorry - dont have access to 2007 version yet.Sorry, should have said - Word 2007
I used to use 2003 and one could add the fields manually - now when I try that, I insert say Prefix, then hit the space bar to create a space between Prefix and FirstName, and what does it do? It adds another Prefix instead of a space!Version of Word please - mail merge changed a lot between versions.can you send me some screen shots i use 2007 officeThanks, will do#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
