Ive had my sprint phone for 4 months can i replace it with the rumor by lg for 50 bucksProbably not! If you signed a 1 or 2 yr contract with Spring 4 months ago, than you cannot get the rumor for $50. You can however, get the rumor for $274, which is how much the phone costs. You aren't eligible for an upgrade discount yet. You could pay the disconnection fee to Sprint and sign a new contract and get the phone for $50, but you'd end up paying about the same amount or more.
If, on the other hand, you have a contract free pay as you go type plan, you could get the phone and for $50 and sign a 2 yr contract.that's not a bad price for a phone. You are past your warranty. just call sprint and ask themok im not sure but i answered like u said 2 do. if u dnt want like a million ppl to say the same thing then change the questionidk dude maybe you should ask sprint peeps! is the rumor a sprint phone? if not, no.
if it is, then you can't do it for $50. most cell phone companies have a rule that you cannot just switch phones for a good price. they charge you the full manufacturer's rate (which is usually $300 or more). if you just happen to have one or acquire one (through a friend or ebay) you can go into the store and switch it. they usually charge you like $40 for switching. i'd doubt itNo, usually the phone company will allow you to get upgrades but only after you have had the phone for atleast and year sometimes two.
