I have it divided up 70% into a fixed investment and the other 30% into U.S. and foregin stocks. Since stocks are low I'm thinking maybe it's a good time to buy because the market will eventually bounce back?You should always maximize your 403b contributions every year if you can. Keep your account balanced according to your risk tolerance. Keep the same percentage as your age in fixed income and the rest in equities.If you're under age 50, I suggest you go more aggressive, like 70% equities and 30% debt.
