I'm about to enter college in fall of 09...What should I expect?

  • I will be a 17 year old girl coming from an all girls Catholic school.
    Ill probably end up in a coed CUNY or SUNY public college here in NYC.
    How much more different will it be from my current high school?
    Like, are guys dumb still ?
    Lol.


  • It will be different because girls have guys over that might become a boyfriend. Then in college people drink and sometime smoke. Your roommate (s) might like partying so people might be coming in at 3:00 in the morning waking you up. Sometime there might be extremely loud radios blasting.
    Then of course what if you get stuck with the worst roommate of all. The one that complain to the Resident Assistant or Housing Department about thing they setup to make it look like you did something wrong but you didn't. For instance my freshman year my roommate told the Housing Authority that I would blow my nose and throw the tissue on her stuff. On another day she locked me in the bathroom and that caused me to be late for class.
    On the other hand you might not have any problems its like flipping a coin. On yea the boys haven't changed.


  • Expect for the price of tuition to rise again this year.

    If you're going to Suny, expect constant partying.

    Well not all guys are dumb, in high school or in college, sooo...
