Change Lexus ES350 to the metric system?

  • No navigation, however, is it possible to convert the temperature and miles per gallon to liters per 100 km and celcius instead of farenheight? The reason I ask is because I will be going to college in Canada this upcoming term and will be driving there from NY and using my own car. I dont care about the odometer or the actual speed I am going since at least it gives it to me in a smaller font size.
