It's too bad she couldn't value what I did for Mom, too.Being a home care worker is very different for one reason, you are placed in their environmentt and must be able to accept the diverse ways people live. A patient allowing you into their home can be very hard for them and their families, you must be able to make people feel comfortable and conform to their lifestyles. It can be more rewarding than any other workplace. Patience is something that you must take with you.
