English to Japanese translation

My girlfriend and I are moving into a house together, but her current roommate is a Japanese student with limited English skills. She wants to live with us for one month and we want to help her, but we want to be clear about what we expect. As such, it would be great if a native Japanese speaker would be willing to translate a note for us. I've tried the online translators, but prefer an accurate translation. Thanks! ----------- Dear Konoko, We are willing to allow you to stay with us in our new home until May 20, but you must agree to follow these rules. 1. Guests, including boyfriends, are not permitted into the house at any time for any reason. 2. No one other than Daniel, Sarah and you may have access to the house. Do not allow anyone into the house or provide a key to anyone. 3. Please treat our home as if you were a guest in a friend?s house. 4. The rent will be $300 for one month. We hope that the short period that you stay with us will be peaceful and trouble-free. If you cannot abide by these rules, please consider another place to stay after April 19. Sincerely, Daniel and Sarah --------------------------
