I'm looking for a list of sites (forums, blogs, email newsletters etc)
where the owner party shares their ad revenue with the user community.
Please research and find at least 15 such sites.thehambloke...
This is an interesting concept which I've never heard of in years of
casual browsing. Is there a site you know of that does this, and is
the inspiration for your search?
The idea seems to defy logic, since the revenue is proportionate to
the number of users, and amounts to pennies for the 1 user in large
numbers of others who clicks on an ad, so it would seem to amount to
dividing, e.g. $1000 among 100,000 users.
About the only thing I have heard of are some few sites who donate
their ad revenue to charities.

"YouTube users could be paid for their video clips after the popular
website was bought by Google for around $1.6bn ( 900m).
Those who upload clips will get a slice of advertising revenue on the

Internet experts suggest that Google's YouTube coup may put pressure
on Yahoo to buy Facebook.com, the Internet's second most popular
social-networking site.
Yahoo reportedly has offered as much as 790 million for Facebook
which is widely used by UK university students, and students across
the globe, to post information about themselves and share with
friends."

These are the big guys talking about it. There are smaller sites that
are already doing this. I'd like to see a list of about 15. It would
require some creative search terms on Google to find discover some of

digitalpoint forums and this concept for some time.
It was an interesting question to research. It does seem that this
idea is spreading quite quickly. I have a list of 15 websites (mostly
forums) that do revenue sharing, most of them with google adsense.
There is some variation beyond this however. All of them have been
verified as revenue sharing websites.

What about revenue sharing in an e-zine? Let's say you send out a
monthly newsletter and want to place contextual ads in it? Google
AdSense doesn't allow revenue in e-zines. Any other small Ad
Brokers/Platforms that allow ad placing in e-zines?

I would personally send out a short version of the ezine with links
that lead to the "full article" with contextual advertising.
I believe that http://www.clicksor.com/ will allow contextual
advertising in opt-in email campaigns.
I was unable to find any e-zines that currently use the revenue
sharing model on ppc campaigns, it seems you have an original idea.
