we wrote a new document and were trying to put a password on it. However, we did something, we have no idea what, and now as soon as anyone opens Word this document appears and even if we click on 'new document' it still shows up. did we do something to make these sentences appear as some kind of automatic 'heading' to every document we write? how can we undo this? thanks to anyone who can help!!!It sounds like your normal.dot has been altered somehow. I'm not sure how this could have happened based on what you were originally trying to achieve.
