Crashing

  • Hi im new and ive got a quite a big problem. I have just downloaded the firewall and installed it. When i open the firewall in the systray appears a white ? in a blue circle. The program opens but about 1 min l8r it shuts it self down.

    Please Help

    Have you scanned your system for trojans and viruses?
    Which version of Outpost do you have?

  • Ive fixed it. I downloaded a new anti-virus program. I scanned and found i had 4 viruses and one was messin with my Norton Anti-Virus. Both now work.

  • I did a search for outpost shutting down and found a lot.
    I have copy a few of thte urls for you.
    Most of the time it is a virus but could be a bad install.
    Did you have another firewall before Outpost?
    Let us know.
