My mom wont let me take my mp3 to school?
I explained that music helps me concentrate on my work, since I lose concentration so easily in class with people making fun of me and laughing at me for stupid reasons, but with music I don't have to listen to dumb girls making fun of me or guys calling me ugly and all that stuff. My mother knows this and I personally think shes just trying to piss me off. She kept asking me if I were to agree with her, I said I wouldn't lie and that I think her idea is stupid. So she took it away.
Does anyone have any idea how I can change her mind?
2. Just do not take it. It might seem stupid, but you will regret that later.
3. If people are making fun of you, do not use music as an excuss to ignore them. People are ignorant, and just be yourself. Remember for them, what goes around comes around regardless. Tell your mom what is really bothering you, or go and tell someone at school (like a consulor, a principal or a teacher) and tell them how you feel. That makes a huge difference.
