Student Exchange Programs

I know it's a long shot, but does anyone know any Student Exchange or Scholarship programs for students looking to go to Japan from Canada? Or fees, prices, stuff like that.

I was thinking of trying it out next year, but I'm also trying to avoid any programs that keep me there the entire year(such as the GPI program), if at all possible, since I'd like to graduate with my friends. :bluush: The cost is also an issue.

Also, has anybody done that before? Be an exchange student in Japan?

I'm just really curious. I'd rather not do it if it's not worth it, and I'd love any input at all.
