I've heard that drinking 8 glasses of water a day (at least) helps improve skin, I've heard it so much!
Does it actually work is what I want to know :Dit helps the body which in turn helps the skin yes...water is the best for your body...and your organs as well. i drink over a gallon and a half every day. you will pea alot but that a down fall in being healthy....Drink when you feel thirsty or need water.
It's good for you with a lot of reasons. Good for skin, helps the food go down - even if you feel full but slightly hungry, glug down some water. yes it helps the skin
