"You need permission to perform this action". On my own computer(not system files)?

I recently recovered my system to factory state because of problems with my network card. Everything worked fine, and my wireless card is working well now too. When I created my account and logged in, I activated the super admin account, since I prefer to use it, and always have on vista. I tried removing a program that I didn't want. I pressed delete, and it said "You need permission to perform this action." I've never gotten this message before. So i searched on-line about it, which wasn't much help. I couldn't find out what it was, so i tried pressing try again, after about 5 times it worked. So i sort of disregarded this strange message, and placed my data back on my computer, installed my games, and programs, etc. Every time I "needed permission" I just pressed try again over and over.
Unfortunately, that doesn't work anymore... I can't delete ANYTHING from my computer(not including uninstalling programs). Every time I try deleting anything like a word document, any file, picture, video, or program it says i need permission. Pressing try again over and over doesn't work anymore. I don't know what it is. Maybe it's because I'm running as super admin, but I've never had problems before. Anyone have any ideas what's wrong? Also, there are no other users on this computer. Guest user is off, i deleted my normal admin account, and It is my personal computer. No one else has been on it(that I know of) and it requires a password at boot-up to continue. It is pretty insane to use a super admin account for normal use - it defies reason and exposes you to enormous security risks, and you could readily have fallen foul of one of these (for instance, by exposing your computer to a risk in a file already on the pc that not using such an account had previously protected you from.

However, it sounds like you have totally messed up permissions by creating and deleting accounts and need to restore these. If you have Vista Home you may need to restart in Safe Mode (F8 at boot) to get at these permissions, and restore correct permissions for the user file directory that is not working.
