Is there such thing as 'The big Four' anymore?

Arsenal have now been exposed as a mediocre youth academy for the Spanish big boys.

Surely it should now be called 'The Big Three' with Man U, Chelsea and Liverpool.

Big 4 will not change arsenal is having a real bad run right now but they are a great team Man city will not challenge the big 4 until 2 or 3 more big named players sign with them they are good but a big gap between them and the Big 4

Well you could say that but then for the last couple of seasons you could have said that liverpool were no where near 3rd and struggled to make 4th so it was a different big 3 back then with a proper competition below them. The fact is these 4 teams have consistently still made the top 4 so I will only agree with you if Arsenal don't make the top 4 this season - and I actually think they will.

Give City time to do something yet. The Sheikh is trying to make the club more stable than it used to be. Money helps but we know it doesn't guarantee success. Arsenal are still a good team. Just going through a bad period this year.

If a team other than the current top four occupy a champions league spot for the next 5 seasons, then they can call themselves the big four. Over the past years, everton are the only team who finished in top four in liverpool's place, but then again, liverpool were still in the champions league and everton got knocked out in the first round. So unless Man City takes Arsenal champions league spot for the next 5 seasons or so, they are not qualified as the 'big four' yet.
