I'm guessing that they would have been mid-brown themselves but it doesn't matter what they looked like. I think that all their children would have been different. Not just in skin colour but hair colour/texture, eye shape, height etc. All 'races' descend from this first couple and as 'races' are so different Adam and Eve must have had the genes to produce the variety that we now see.

There was no fashion yet but Eve did like the hotter floral colors - at least compared to Adam who was looking at the natural yet warm and furry colors of some of the animals...Neutrals work for most males. Adam was clearly looking ahead toward the cooling climate and wanted to maintain comfort and was ready to take Dominion over the animals if need be. (Fish were easy.)
