How do you photoshop yourself into another picture?

hi. okay. so. i want to know how to photoshop yourself into another picture....here are some links of what i'm looking for: (ignore the examples, they are all i could find of what i wanted)...

i dont actually have photoshop...i have photofiltre. which is like the same thing except its not as high tech because i just dont feel like paying money. sooo...if you know how to do it? tell me? thanks! ohh by the way, if you tell me how to do it in photoshop i can just figure it out in photofiltre. unless you know how to do it. k thanksssss :]

AND how do you resize them so that they are all the same? b/c pictures of me and pictures on the internet are usually a lot different sized.
