You might look at a white person and think England when they might be from africa. You might look at an oriental and think China when they are from Japan.
Trace back and see your lineage by doing the following:
Mother where was she born. where were her parents and grandparents from. Go as far back as you can. Do the same for your father's infoDescribing your appearance doesn't tell genealogist anything. The only way to know what ethnicities you are is to trace your family history. Anytime you wish to do this, there are lots of good people on this board that can give you some great tips and advice. Just ask.
Also tracing your surname alone won't exactly tell you everything, particularly if you are in the U.S. Not everyone with the same surname are related, even those of the same national origins.probably hispanic
