100 hairs a day is normal but
if u skip brushing it for a day
then that means 200
you have to keep that in mind.Somewhere between 100 and 200 hairs per day is normal.
Excessive hair loss can be caused by poor diet, medicines, drugs, allergies to something in your hair products, skin conditions such as psoriasis or severely dry scalp, pulling hair back too tightly, and over-styling from blowdryers or curling/flat irons.Everybody is different and it depends on your families history and stress level how you treat your hair (pulling it up, brushing it constantly etc) and everything, but on average about 100 hairs per day, which souds like a lot but when you think about all the millions of hairs you have its not really. and since your not going to be able to count every hair that falls out everyday than I wouldnt worry about it unless a siggnifficantly larger amount of hair starts falling out or you start noticing your hair feeling or looking thinner. Untill then just be gentle on your hair and try to keep it healthy and happy. =D
