As far as I know, any current shareholder of a Delaware corporation
has a right to see -- and even copy -- the complete list of
shareholders.
But beyond that, a private corporation is, well, private. I don't
believe there are any provisions to allow non-shareholders to gain
access to the list of shareholders.
Do you have reason to believe this is not the case? If so, let us
know your thoughts on this. The more you can tell us, the better the
odds that one of the researchers here will be able to assist you.
