Are there any NASCAR teams that haven't been caught cheating?

In my opinion, as a former racer. If you aren't cheating at one time or another, your aren't pushing the envelope. Right. I think---scratch that I know---that every crew chief (with the driver's knowledge or not) is in many ways hired to come up with ways to make the car better that stretches the rules and maybe isn't even against the rules. I believe all race teams do it as you say and that it's just a matter of which ones get caught and which ones don't.
  • Yes. the perennial also rans. If you are not cheating . You are not trying.
  • the ones who have never won anything... i take that back. the 66 and 70 have never won and they were caught flagrantly cheating... same with waltrip last year and the rocket fuel fiasco.

    like they say, there are two types of teams - those who have been caught cheating and those who haven't been caught yet.
