Did you already sue an insurance company?

  • I have rightnow much "fun" with our previously householder insurance. we changed two years ago, but are still in a justice conflict with them, because they dont wanted to pay for a damage by water...LOL their only argument is "I didnt rain on the 19th janury 2007 while the storm Kyrill" LOL

    Did you sue even too an insurance company? I guess insurance companies are the best liars of all dubiously companies!

  • If you have a complaint about your claim then file a complaint with your state's Dept.of Insurance or Insurance Commissioner.

    Did the insurance company send you a letter denying your claim? If so, give it to the Dept of Insurance when you file your complaint.
