Ok, Atheists, come clean.., why do you hate God??? I want reasons, not dogmatic rhetoric.....................?
It's like If I'm asking you: Why do you hate the pink unicorn? You probably wont know what to answer because no evidence has proved the existence of a pink unicorn!
God is just a character to us and if you ask me whether I hate this character, well, the answer would be yes. Why? You just have to read the Old Testament to know why I hate this character.
Here is a few reasons:
1. With his unlimited knowledge, he knew or foresaw that Lucifer, one of his creation, would later on turn into Satan and plunge this whole world into a mess and yet, He went on to create that angel so obviously he intended for evil to be in the world regardless of any plan B he had (Jesus etc).
2. He punishes people who don't deserve the punishment: He hardens Pharaoh's heart and when Pharaoh refuses to let the Israelites go, he kills Egyptian first-born children, now how cruel and evil god character must be? where is Justice?
3. He burns whole cities (Sodome and Gomorah) and floods the whole earth apart from one family. Now are you telling me that every single soul, babies etc in Sodome and Gomorah was sinful? Every single soul in the world deserved to die except Noah's family?
And many more...
Now if you try to justify this character in any way, that means that you have honestly closed your mind beyond reason! If you do however see at the least that there is something not all perfect love or justice here, then you see why anyone should hate this character.
And, when I left Christianity is was based on a rational decision and not me having a "falling out" with God. No shouting at God or shaking my fists at Him, just a realization that he did not exist.

Religion is the main cause of war, forcing the oposing side to change to their way of belief. A real God wouldn't feel the need to cause wars to feel he is being worshipped
An ALL KNOWING god would not have put the snake in Eden because he knew that Eve would listen to it and eat from the forbidden tree. 'But he gave us free will' i hear you say. So he gave his children the oppourtunity to choose right from wrong, knowing she would do the wrong thing. Not a very nice man.
An ALL LOVING god would stop all the heinous crimes being commited in the world. Which would not even be happening if he hadn't banished Adam and Eve from Eden for a wrong he knew they would commit. So we are punished for a crime we didn't commit and that he knew would happen
An ALL POWERFUL god would put a stop to it, to everything bad. To children dying at 3months through lack of food, to women being raped numerous times during war, to teenagers feeling the need to carry guns and knives to protect themselves.
An OMNIPRESENT god would not have let anything happen in the first place, he is everywhere, regardless of space or time. He can see the past, present and future. Why not stop it before its had a chance to begin?
And a god that was BENEVOLENT would forgive his children for a crime he knew they would commit.
No GOOD, KIND, LOVING god could let any of the above happen

I don't believe in god because there is no proof of his existence. None. Exept what you call "faith" which is merely a feeling.
Scientific evidence provides us with evidence of all manner of things, religion provides none. Except what can be read in an ancient book from the human race's infancy which can hardly be trusted.

I am not an Atheist but I know that atheists do NOT hate God.
Atheists do not believe in God ... simple isn't it.
Now go and seek help, no, not from God but from a psychiatrist.
I am not an atheist, but would like to share my observations. I once watched a youtube video in which a christian and an atheist couple engaged each other in a public debate about creation vs evolution. At the end of the debate, the atheist woman said angrily "I would rather go to hell than to believe in a G-d who..." I forget the end of the sentence- a G-d who WHAT; that i dont remember. But i do remember how angry she sounded at this G-d she didnt even believe exists.
I dont believe that all atheists are angry at G-d. I do believe some just aren't convinced there is a G-d. But i believe many atheists ARE angry at G-d. They are angry at Him for some painful experience(s) they've had in their lives, for not answering their prayers or whatever. They choose not to believe in G-d because that is less painful for them than to believe that G-d gave them these experiences, or did not give them what they've asked for.
Now can an emotionally honest atheist come forward please?

But I would like to know... As an Atheist, if God really is real, why would he send me to hell just for wanting to live my life and not be controlled and live by his rules? Why is it all down to him how I live my life and what I do with it? That's unfair. Basically it's saying if you don't live the way he desires, he's gonna burn me in hell.
That's why I don't believe. The Bible contradicts itself so much. If he is so merciful and kind and created us all, then why would he be that spiteful and sentence me to hell?

In fact I don't hate God, I just don't believe in him or that he created leeks. That's what atheism means after all, non belief. If I hated him that would mean I believed in him, which I don't.
There is a difference between atheism and anti-theist.

if god could prove himself to me,that he is real i would beleive but there is simply no proof.
