i have hannah montana girls multiple vitamin gummies "yes i like them even if im almost seventeen lol" but i dont like the cherry favored ones so i give them to my female rat who does like them.
do you think it's ok for her? it seems like it would be healthy for her.
ty!I'm going to go ahead and say no. A lot of human vitamins/medications can be toxic to our furry friends. If you want an absolute answer, call a vet clinic that sees rats and let them know what is in the vitamin. They will be able to give you the best answer.
Hope this helped!NO. even though they have some "vitamins," they have a lot of sugar and chemicals that aren't healthy for rats. TOtAlLY
IT really depends on her side affects
how long have you been feeding them to the rat?
if you have been feeding them to the fat a while and nothing has happened keep doing it
if your rat has been eating them for a day or so and the peronality has changed then stop. There's quite a big difference in the amount of the various vitamins meant for a human vs. those meant for a small fuzzy. There are also vitamins that can cause damage to the rat's organs by overdosing them on it. Too much iron is not good for any critter. Some other vitamins and minerals in excess will cause other problems, as well as liver damage, kidney damage, etc.
So do you want to continue feeding your rat your gummy vitamins which in turn is going to shorten his already short life, or just properly dispose of the vitamins, like feed them to a sibling or another human?
So to sum it up - no it' s not safe for her and it' s not healthy for her.
