E-learning at the Top of the Tower
New York-based Towers Perrin is one of the world's largest management and human resource consulting firms. It has nearly 9,000 employees and 78 offices in 74 cities worldwide.
During the first phase of the project, Towers Perrin will launch e-Learning courses covering all aspects of employee benefits, including specific courses on retirement and welfare plans. Also offered will be training to improve customer service and to help employees master technology, from standard office software to Towers Perrin's proprietary technology.
Click2learn has also fully integrated its learning management system with the group's existing enterprise resource planning system by PeopleSoft. The initiative enables training managers to develop specific, customized learning sequences for employees or work groups.
