Animated GIF editor

  • I looking to edit animated gif's. The animated gif's I have are downloads from various sites and I'm looking to modify some where the message text is inappropriate or needs to be modified.

    I have done very little work with paint programs, mostly just contented to edit and crop photos, or add special effects.

    Aside from having a great photo editor (Paint Shop Pro), Jasc also has an Animation Shop that will probably do what you need it to. If you download Paint Shop Pro, then it will come with the Animation Shop, too. They work together, and you can switch from one to the other while you work on a picture.

    Just be sure you are ready to spend time on the download (30+ megs)! Makes me wish I had DSL...
