I feel like my boss is giving me special treatment. He asks to work with me quite a bit or he'll call me into his room to teach me things. I try not to look into it because he could just enjoy working with me, but I've noticed that he doesn't treat his other employees the same way. I've also noticed that he flirts with me in subtle ways but I've been shrugging it off since for one, he has a girlfriend, and because he's generally a friendly guy. Do you think he might be interested in me?You shouldn't do anything about this because if you like your job you should keep the relationship mutual and keep it professional. Just keep thinking that he is just friendly.Wow, funny boss, but anywhoot. For your sake keep the relationship personal until be makes a move. And when he does or if he ever does, don't be afraid to say no if you don't like him. Be careful of what you two do because sometimes other employees will get pissy about it and stop respecting you, and talking to you in fear that you might be a "spy" for your boss. Other than that I say you should take in the experience and take advantage of all this new stuff your learning. He might just like being with you because you seem to follow and catch on well?he might be but probably not for a relationship if he already has a gf. if he is interested, its probably just for a hook up which means hes not a great guy obviously. or he could be just a friendly guy. i dont think you should do anything about it because you could risk losing your job.
