I have 'grit' on my teeth?

  • Hi everyone,
    Around ten minutes after brushing my teeth this morning (albeit not too long after eating), they felt like they were covered in grit of some sort. I don't see how it could be food/plaque accumulating, seeing as I'd just brushed my teeth. It's still there now (twelve hours later)! Is it possible I could have brushed the enamel away?
    Getting very worried here...
