How do collection agency tell local athoritys about people who write a baD CHECK ?

  • basically if a person write a bad check on a chat line how long will it take for a collection agency to get the local athoritys to arrest the person. because i know of a guy they havent cAUGHT IN 20 YEARS


  • For collection agencies its all about collecting the money not about helping convict anybody so they may get involved in civil court but criminal court would be rare although they would use the tactic of advising the person that writing a bad check is a criminal offence and if they don't pay within etc. etc. etc.besides you can't pay if your in jail and as they usually get a percentage of the amount collected the only thing they want is money
