Is it too late for UC applications?
Something unexpected came up and I missed the November subject exams. I have everything else complete but now I found out the December exam deadlines have passed already. Is there anything I can do to apply for fall admissions??
Or can I take the January subject tests and still apply for fall?

By the looks of it, you missed the date. But if the unexpected thing qualifies, then they should be able to help you.
But relax. Worst case scenario, you go to a JC for the first two years and transfer! You'll save half the amount of money.
I had a friend who went to a JC and got into UCLA and Berkeley, right on time for his 3rd year. So it's not the end of the world :) If you do that, BE SURE to talk to the admissions adviser at the school of your choice and MAKE SURE you're taking the right classes. The JC people MIGHT try to keep you longer to make more money.
